- Digital Products (PDFs, Subscription Content): Once a customer has purchased digital content, including PDFs and subscriptions for website access, the sale is considered final. Due to the digital nature of these products, we cannot offer cancellations or refunds as the product cannot be returned.
- Printed Books: Customers may cancel their order for printed books within 24 hours of placing the order. To cancel, please contact our support team with your order details.
Refund Policy
We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your needs. Our refund policy for printed books is as follows:
- Printed Books: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the printed book within 3 days of receipt for a refund. The book must be in its original, unused condition. Shipping costs for returning the book are the responsibility of the customer. Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, a refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
- Digital Products: Due to the nature of digital products (PDFs, subscription content), we do not offer refunds once the product has been accessed or downloaded. We encourage our customers to review the product descriptions thoroughly before purchase.
Exceptions
- If you receive a defective or damaged printed book, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item to qualify for a replacement or refund.
- In the unlikely event that a digital product is found to be defective, please report the issue to our customer service team within 48 hours for assistance.
